Worst airline ever. My suitcase was lost for two weeks and nobody at the office would even look at me when I asked about it. Never flying with them again.

delayed bags, rude personnel, personnel extorting money from passengers, I have experienced it all. they either improve or they need to be removed asap. Makes no sense as much money as people are paying to have to go through such treatment.
