With the increasing use n addiction to mobile phones n social media....a hell lot of problem is being faced by the general public....
As it is probably impossible to get rid of these technologies n live without these resources, our privacy n general safety is also at stake.....
The growing rate of unemployment in the country is leading to educated young generation enter the dark world n use their knowledge in technologically destroying someone....the recent cases around Jadavpur area where bank accounts were being hacked without the user not involved any sorts of transaction for months left the public with astonishment....
We, the engineering students hv also faced a certain problem recently.....one of our friends' WhatsApp account got hacked n some unparliamentary comments were send to the official grp of our cllg directed to the teachers....this incident could hv led to the end of her career but her good conduct with the teachers n our support saved it somehow....but the incident has left us to think what about our privacy???....the thing might be repeated in the future n everyone might not hv the same luck....maybe something very negative might happen....but who will b held responsible for that mishap???
So, I think the cyber crime dept must take some immediate steps to increase the security of the citizens....n such antisocial goons should be eliminated to avoid unnecessary harassment....
It's our earnest request to the Respective Authorities to plzzz do the needful n provide us with a safe n secured real n virtual life....
