Having Goodwill and Presidente Supermarket will not attract clientele that we want in in and close to our neighborhood. Afraid our property values will decrease and become less attracted due to these low end stores. We need better, higher end stores like Target, Whole Foods, Starbucks, etc that people in neighboring neighborhoods will use!!

What everyone says on here is 100% true. I moved here recently and was so happy with everything around us and to find this out is very disappointing. What a poor choice :(

We were very excited to see the new construction going in near our community until we found out it was ANOTHER Latin supermarket and the Goodwill. We have enough Latin markets. We really had hoped for a cool restaurant and/or an upscale store. How does the city expect to attract people willing to move down here or pay the taxes if they cannot provide the attractions. A lot of us commute and when we are home, we are home, and do not want to drive north to go for dinner. Let's rethink this.

I agree with this petition . I live in the area and also own a rental property . I love Hometead and want to see it prosper not lose its value with low end stores . I want to spend my hard earned money in Homestead , but not at these stores . Please reconsider .

We don't want these type of stores in our neighborhood. Give us higher end stores and restaurants that will reflect the nicer area that we are trying to build!!
