Agreed. Too many low-end stores in the neighborhood. The goal is to improve homestead so more people will consider moving here. We pay top dollar for the infrastructure and maintenance but then we are subjected to shop at goodwill and el presidente. Are we trying to improve homestead or what?

We don't approve and we don't want El presidente Supermarket and a Goodwill store!
We will not be shopping there at all!

I really think we need high end stores down here in Homestead. Target, Old Navy, Barnes and Noble, Toys R Us.

I couldn't agree more. It's time for Homestead to have much better shopping. I'd much rather spend money in Homestead than Kendall, Coral Gables and Miami.

Very poor choice and very negligent decision. I doubt my neighbors and myself will shop and/or patronize Presidente. I don't think enough work was put into this decision.

I agree with this petition. I was hopinh for a Target. Also, a gas statiom would be welcome considering the closest ones to Isles of Oasis are a mile away.

I would like to see more high end store, as well as a night life entertainment. It sucks having to go to Kendall or further to find entertainment when family or friends visit. Homestead need its own identity. Please STOP!! bringing stores that makes us look like a low income community. We are a growing city with lots of new residents... start thinking about our needs before we go elsewhere to spend our money!! Thank you!!!
