Raise the Standard in Homestead.

I would highly prefer a Target, Red Robin, or even a Regal Cinema there instead of Presidente market and a Goodwill. I agree 100% with this petition. Isles of Oasis resident.

Homestead has enough low end stores

I am in agreement with this petition. Our community as well as homestead are prospering. We live next to the Speedway which attracts thousands of people from all around the nation. You would think our politicians would invite higher end businesses and restaurants to improve Homestead. Please reconsider your choices!!!!

I agree I would like to steady growth and I honestly would Rather see restaurants like sports grill, flanigans or even a millers ale house and a target would Be so much better

This would bring our property value down and I am not with this coming to our community.

These two stores definitely not good for the area they would depreciate the value of our homes

Great point in regards to keeping our dollars local. More high-end stores and restaurants would lend to this as well as a more robust night life. We are minutes from the ocean and as such i can picture a vivid night life adorned by ocean front stores and restaurants

I strongly oppose the opening of a Goodwill store and Presidente Supermarket in the area. High-end stores and/or restaurants should replaced those selected.

My fellow residents have expressed excellent points already. We have worked hard to afford nice properties in an up and coming area. Adding two trashy, low-end stores in our area is insulting. Unless actions are taken to stop these two retailors from moving in, we will take every action within our power to ensure the elected officials overusing this development project in homestead do not see another term. As a resident of this city, I want representatives who truly represent my interests.

It's so disturbing that with all the potential this area has mixed with the amazing new homes anyone would allow such low quality business to be build in the area. This will directly impact our areas in a negative way.

I will not be patronizing Goodwill or Presidente in this neighborhood. Higher quality businesses should be brought in to this area.

With a Publix down the street, and a Goodwill down Campbell Drive already, the need to bring these lower economic options are not a necessity nor do they help raise the standard of our community. We would like to see a growth mindset and look at the future rather than a step backwards. An effort should be made to continue to raise the stakes and see companies, such as the addition of Buffalo Wild Wings, continue to make investments in our community and bring better options, not worse, to our growing community.

This is an issue that the City of Homestead needs to address. Need to attract big business and higher paying jobs to the area. Frontage along US1 is being wasted.

Bring in restaurants and higher end shopping. lets make Miami and Kendall come to us.

Very true. We do not need more goodwill stores. There is already one in south dixie and another one is NOT needed.
