The City of Homestead and Florida City residents would appreciate the City Council's advising them about plans for future development in this area before approving it. The taxpayers want more say in the types of businesses being planned for this area.

I am opposed to a Goodwill Store and a Presidente Supermarket being build next to Dairy Queen in Homestead, fl.

As it were the Presidente Supermarket is already up now my concern as a homeowner is property value and it's of upmost importantance it goes up instead it will fall due to this construction , so yes I am against this 110%.

I will not shop at el presidente. Rather than el presidente If possible please reconsider and build a Whole Foods market instead.

We are not in agreement of either Presidente or Goodwill or any other business whose business rapport does not compliment the already established surrounding communities. We vote NO! We residents have the power to express our preferences and if our political community leaders do not support our concerns our vote will be a NO to them come election time.

I don't mind the goodwill because I do donate but I would prefer a Whole Foods Joanns Market Trader Joe's for an additional supermarket.

I will not shop at Goodwill nor Presidente. I shop at Publix for groceries, Miami for clothing or I shop online.

Please do not allow these stores to come into our neighborhood. I feel this could bring more crime to our area as well as bring down property values.
