Yes! I would like to see more high end restaurants instead to accommodate the growth in homestead. Cheesecake Factory, TGIF, and others. There are not enough of these and we should not have to drive to Kendall or Miami for a dining out. This will also help market homestead better! Gives them added incentives to buy here.

Im good with Presidente Supermarket but Goodwill is not for the obvious reasons. The local community will not be the patrons of the Goodwill so it would be better served locating it at another location.

AS SO MANY OTHER residents said, I agree when they say they would like to see more stores like whole foods, target, Home Goods and local entertainment so that we don't always have to drive north. I also am opposed to the type of crowd these stores will bring. IN ADDITION, I already have to deal with all the crime that occurs at night in the DQ parking lot next to my house. This new parking lot is gonna to make it worse.

We need quality resturants and stores such as Flanigans, Outback, even a TJ Max would be sufficient. These stores cater to the low class. Is that what we are considered??

I would prefer we bring in a Target or even some entertainment for children for which I don't believe we have anything available to them at this moment here in Homestead.
