Please raise the standards of Homestead!

Me gustaria mas otro tipo de tiendas que atraigan personas con mas poder adquisitivo para que la comunidad y nuestros hogares se valoricen mas,yo no conozco un supermercado presidente que este limpio siempre estan sucios y a las afueras hay siempre personas muy extrañas tampoco queremos un goodwill eso atrae personas de muy bajos recursos y en hometead hay varias tiendas iguales,necesitamos restaurantes o lugares donde podamos salir sin tener que ir a kendall o miami

We have amazing residents with beautiful homes in which they have invested time and money in and yet they give us a Goodwill and Presidente. East Homestead has young families who have to take their kids and family north to do anything fun. Instead of investing so much in downtown I think we should be getting together and protest this at a council meeting. Having these stores open in our community will lower our property value, bring poverty, scare other businesses and scare away future home buyers. Think about what a Flanigans, Target, World of Beer, Ale House, Chuckee Cheese would do for our community. Lets spread the word and get this to council!

Great idea to enhance better business to get our property values and more stable living environment. I think it will also help with crime. Don't like the gambling and jai lai environment either.

Please do not allow these establishments to set up shop in our community! We need businesses that will raise the prestige of our community. Although these are very needed establishments, I'm sure that there are better locations other than right outside of our residential communities.

We need better quality shops on this sid of homestead

This seems like 5 steps backwards for our neighborhood. I remember when there wasn't so much as a movie theater or all the publix we have now. The City of Homestead has done a good job at bringing better stores/restaurants to West Homestead, why are we going in reverse with places like Goodwill and Presidente?! You can do better than this, City of Homestead!!

Goodwill will only bring the "hood" located by 137 and Neibors to our peaceful area...! Please consider not to have it in our neighborhood instead try to invest in better schools or Afterschool academy that way our kids can benefit from our city !!

Please people get the neighborhood disgusting after stores open, let's avoid that

I would much rather have higher standard of stores in the area in which I live

I would like to see more high end stores and restaurants.

These two stores are going to attract nothing but poverty to our beautiful area. What we need to do is build a Target, Homegoods, Starbucks, Barnes & Noble, TGIF, etc. There's plenty of residents like myself that always drive north to Kendall and Doral every weekend for leisure. I oppose GOODWILL and PRESIDENTE in my community.

Please reconsider allowing these 2 stores from opening in our neighborhood. Thank you.

I oppose bringing in Goodwill and Presidente Supermarket as they unfortunately are businesses that will bring down are property values and fail to attract other higher-end businesses into the area.
