Encouraging mainstream stores promotes and appeals to a wider variety of customers and clientele (visitors going to and through to the keys, potential home buyers) and helps create a higher standard of living which promotes healthier lifestyles, community involvement, economic growth...

We need more restaurants and better stores. Money will stay in Homestead. More jobs for residents. There is another Presidente and a Goodwill nearby. Why built another more of the same?

We need to get better stores in the area Target ,or HomeGoods, Bakery, etc....

There is no need for these stores. It would be just more of the same. Target, fresh market, Trader Joe with those stores you would also attract a lot of Keys shoppers.

I cannot believe that this town keeps building development after development... thousands of homes but same roads and they are already inadequate. Nowhere to go in town for entertainment. Have to take our dollars down to the keys or up to Miami!! What’s wrong with the people running this town? Do they not live here???

Why, I mean why allow this to be built?

Instead of presidente Supermarket lets have a freah market, whole foods or even a trader joes. That will attract a better type of crown to our growing community. Again, a goodwill is not the right type of store if we have a growing city and are trying to attract a decent crowd. Replace the goodwill!!

We here in Homestead want to improve our community, therefore bringing Target stores and the like will make the area more attractive.

I would like to see more involment as to what stores we have coming to this area. Believe the “class” of the stores do have an effect on the people who buy here. We have some good Publix schools. Unfortunately they are over crowded . By more participation we can have a positive effect on our neighborhood. Go out and Vote your VOTE MATTERS. VOTE BLUE.
