Did you know that in British Columbia the minimum wage is $10.25, and the living wage is $17-$20? That makes the minimum wage almost half of the living wage. No wonder so many people are in relative poverty, they don't have enough money to pay for everything. Especially single parents, they have to pay for themselves, and their children. Working every possible hour while still trying to spend time with their children, and paying for child care. WE NEED TO STOP THIS! So sign this petition if you want to see a change in the world for the better of man kind.
