The Raines Avenue Post Office provides an essential service to the local community, in particular to senior citizens, and residents with special needs. As a matter of urgency the Post Office needs to review their proposals to close this branch. In addition we feel that the consultation period offered to the local community has been woefully inadequate and ask that the community are afforded more time to respond.
