I support this fully, although, I do feel girls should be able to wear shorts too. Not all girls like skirts and dresses you know! But anyway, hope you achieve this!
I feel that boys should be given the option of shorts in the warmer weather. I see no reason why not if they are of the same colour and are smart enough. In my line of work we have the option to wear shorts when it’s warmer and they are part of our uniform. Postal workers, courier drivers and many more workers are allowed to wear shorts so why can’t school kids wear shorts too.
Boys should be allowed to wear smart shorts of uniform colour in summer months.
I feel really bad for all the boys as they probably get more hot than us as most of them run round playing football x
I wholeheartedly support the boys with this and would welcome a consultation surrounding a change in the uniform policy for boys.

I totally agree boys should be able to wear smart shorts during hot weather and it being a valid point about girls choosing to wear skirts . Boys should be given the same option of choosing to wear long or short trousers equal opportunities and equal choices for genders are only fair .
