Its dangerous when you cant communicate clearly during a medical crisis. Everyone needs to be able to understand both languages in a hospital setting.
Coomon sense that they should be bilingual.

SO TRUE. My mom had such a hard time at the clinic last week because the nurse refused to speak English. Fix this now!!
