We do not want something like this in our community!! Put it somewhere away from residential areas!! We paid good money for our homes and should not be subject to this kind of thing! We are hard working citizens and Dont want it in our community!!

I understand the need for these facilities, But there is no reason what so ever to put them near areas where our children are exposed. This cannot be accepted

The facility has been untruthful and misleading from the beginning. We have no idea what we're inviting into our community if you allow this to happen. They say one thing, then it could be entirely different. Do not allow this to happen so close to long-standing facilities for children and the community.

This center is a danger to all West Chester citizens, especially our children. Please do not allow the center for drug and behavioral treatment to be located on U.S. 42. Thank you.

As a parent and coach at PYO we are all hoping some common sense is used when considering the approval of rehab facility or an unsecured 12 acre complex in such close proximity of PYO youth baseball complex and hickory dickory tots. If something unspeakable were to occur to a child in the vicinity you would definitely regret the decision to move forward with this plan. If you have kids yourself, then you know what the right answer is. We cannot allow this to happen so close to a youth facility and daycare. We must protect our children. Thank you.

I do not approve of this petition as it is endangering the lives of ALL the children in the nearby communities UNNECESSARILY. Apparently there are other, more suitable locations, so please send the correctional facility there. The land adjoining the Lebanon correctional facility seems to have plenty of room. Please, keep our children safe. While the children are my primary concern, there is also the problem of decreased property values as well safety issues for the rest of the surrounding community. The entire community will suffer. No one wants them here. Please send them to a more appropriate location.

From what I have heard there are other better locations for this facility that will not put our children or our community at as much risk. Please place this facility in a better more appropriate location.

Our community should not be subjected to an opportunity for abuse of our children and young adults. The failure rates for treatment centers of this type would indicate the PROBABILITY for abuse of our children is highly likely. Furthermore, our property will also be subjected to theft and other losses. Devaluation of our homes and properties will further degrade home resale values, resulting in a decline of the communities standard of life. There is ample property and structure in other more appropriate locations, such as the area adjoining the Lebanon correctional facility. Endangering our children and community is a LOSE-LOSE proposition.

Please do not allow this building into our Safe Community. I have lived here my entire life and have a 13 year old daughter. Imagine someone having a relapse and hurting her from this facility. PLEASE PUT YOURSELVES IN THE SHOES OF THE COMMUNITY!

Pyo is a great place for kids to have a safe park & learn the value behind sports. Freedom, leadership, discipline, motivation, & teamwork!

simply, opposed. Many more negative affects on the COMMUNITY vs. the FEW (the owners of the property in question). WE will be watching OUR elected Township TRUSTEES.

Why not put this place in the building where a sex club was not permitted
