Every group of every religion should have to opportunity to practice their religious beliefs on public grounds. In all religions, all of the rituals and ceremonies are not dangerous, and at each ceremony, anyone is welcome. Any ritual that takes place outside will be a safe area, with no one under the influence of drugs, alcohol, etc. And, the person running the event has the right to ask someone to leave if they are disturbing the event.
