this reservoir was built with taxpayer money, which absolutely, without a doubt gives each and every taxpayer the right to have access.

I have been a resident of chesterfield county for 45 years. I used to take my son fishing at the reservoir when he was little. When he became of Age to take himself there were no longer any places to park, or to fish off the side of the road. This was pretty sad that we were no longer aloud to enjoy the water. I remember when there used to be a group that held their fishing tournaments there.chesterfield county complains that there is not enough money. Who is taking it , because the new neighborhoods just keep popping up.
