I believe that access to waterways are essential because it opens a gateway for our youth to explore recreational activities such as fishing and water sports. It also opens up opportunies for our youth to explore, learn, and gain a respect for their natural resources.

The reservoir has been around for many years. i grew up fishing with family and friends on it . i think it would be a great thing to have a public boat ramp for everybody to enjoy not to mention there is not many places u can fish on it anymore with all the road. work that has been done in the pastj

If county taxes support the reservoir, which they do, than it "has" to be open to the public. Stop dancing around the issue like every other political group and do the right & legal thing!!!

I do not agree with brandermill&woodlake having the only access to our public water source,And trying to create their own easements offshore!!!!!
It would great if the county and the landowners could work something out. It would create revenue for the county.
I agree that public access is needed.
I am an outdoors lover and want a public boat access at Swift Creek reservoir. I pay taxes and should have rights to the water!

There would be no lake without Chesterfield C. taxpayers.
If the public is paying taxes on this property than the public should have access to this property.
Taxpayer money helps keep that lake running! Why not have a public boat landing?
