There should be public access to Swift Creek as well as a 'marina' for pontoon boats for people who don't live on the reservoir, but would like to enjoy it. We would gladly pay for marina space.

This body of water serves Chesterfield County residents. As such, access to this public body of water is a matter of county governance and not a matter of private governance or private property. All residents of Chesterfield County—to whom the reservoir is granted—are entitled to equal access to Swift Creek Reservoir, as governed by the local municipality.
