The below members of the Jersey City Police Superior Officers Association hereby request the President and Executive Board of the Jersey City Police Superior Officers Association (hereinafter the “PSOA”) to schedule an information seminar and re-convene a new vote on the issue as to whether the PSOA should open its current collective bargaining agreement with the City of Jersey City on the issue of increased co-pays for health insurance from $20 to $30 for doctors visits and $100 to $125 for emergency room visits. Certain members of the Jersey City PSOA feel that there were aspects of the vote that were misunderstood or unclear and as a matter of equity would like further review of this topic of revote.
