In light of the announcement made by the Central Bank of Egypt on Thursday November 3rd, 2016 to officially devaluate the EGP, CES parents signed to this petition are requesting from school senior management a serious review and re-evaluation for fees payment policy as it will be increased dramatically.
We are approaching the one hundred signature mark which is the threshold required for a formal meeting request with the administration. Please send the link to fellow parents so we can guarantee our submission is taken seriously during the upcoming board review.

Unfortunately the fees were alreadye expensive enough as it is. Any significant increase will see us sadly but forcably need to find an alternative. Which would be a real shame given we've been in CES for the past 6 years and ever since our return from living in th UK.

The current situation of currency devaluation and manipulation is literally affected us negatively. I have two kids at the school and I have to pay the double fees for each child which is illogical and it doesn't make sense by all means.

Please you should fix the fees on the exchange rate we paid with in the 1st installement. A lot of schools do this; they calculate the whole fees on the exchange rate of the 1st installement.
Or you can fix the fees in EGP

Definitely CES should look into the issue of EGP devaluation as it makes no sense to find out in a night that I should arrange almost double the fees for my child... parents have been always there supporting CES whenever needed and I think it's about time CES supports parents in return!

We as parents need to see the internal approved school fees from the Ministry because all international schools takes approval for their fees with Egyptian pounds. We need to know what is their ceiling for the fees they had approval on!!!
