We should be provided with Covid pay. When testing positive for Covid we are losing up to 10 days in pay, if we test positive for Covid and have that Covid pay in our bank that would help us keep up with bills and taking care of our families. We are the ones who come to work dressed in the ppe that is provided but still getting Covid- we are taking a risk with working with Covid positive patientswe demand higher wages or Covid pay. Getting Covid isn’t always unavoidable but financial strain can be avoided with Covid pay. We take care of people’s families we need our employer to take care of us.

We need COVID pay! I saw the panic in her eyes when she popped positive. This is real and needs to be addressed!
Yes, it is unfair that taking care of someone’s loved once under difficult situations no matter what their condition is but going off for 10 days without pay due to Covid you get while taking care of them is really not only unfair but also insane.
Please treat your employees with the respect and support they deserve.
Should be paid for the time off we are required to take.
Yes, they should provide sick pay, if sick pay not available then reverse sick pay or equivalent
