When testing positive for Covid we are losing up to 10 days in pay, if we test positive for Covid and have that Covid pay in our bank that would help us keep up with bills and taking care of our families. We are the ones who come to work dressed in the ppe that is provided but still getting Covid- we are taking a risk with working with Covid positive patientswe demand higher wages or Covid pay. Getting Covid isn’t always unavoidable but financial strain can be avoided with Covid pay. We take care of people’s families we need our employer to take care of us.
