We the undersigned residents of Piatt County request that variances for building ground mounted solar arrays are not granted in the green space areas designated for setbacks between residential homes. We would like the buildable area specified in the zoning ordinance be honored in order to preserve property values, thus protecting the tax base while promoting harmony between neighbors and contributing to health and well-being.
