No to Jubilee under the current plan. No infrastructure, No CDD. Need to see the supporting infrastructure first. Over loading the current roads, power (electric), water and sewage, will produce a destructive detriment to the current citizens at our expense! Cramming too many houses in per acre is a setup for an environmental disaster.

I am a land owner on Martin road in Milton and the deer will have no place to live if you let the developers build on all their land. For the sake of the wildlife stop the continuious building.

I live off Martin road, I have driven down Anderson for years. The houses they put up on Anderson with split driveways are a complete eye soar and directly in wildlife traverse routes. These tiny lot houses are going to be a huge problem for wildlife as well as generally being ugly. A real civil development plan is needed, not this garbage

Agriculture is becoming like parks-time to conserve. The area has not kept up with the growth-roads, schools, infrastructure, etc . Adding thousands of cars would create another Navarre-Destin clogged system.
