Keep our farmland. Incorporate green space, bike trails soccer and ball fields. Make Pace a place people want to live. Our neighborhood had a vacant lot at the front entrance the children played on instead of leaving that green space the builder was greedy and built one more house.

People move to rural areas to be in the country, away from subdivisions. Stop trying to sneak developers and developments in. That isn’t what we, the citizens you represent, want.

Total insanity for money. Pace will be destroyed because of money

I believe in reasonable growth… we have not seen reason in a long time.

No CDD for Jubilee. Keep a minimum of 1 house per acre. The County cannot even maintain the roads we already have. Our County needs to address the existing strain on our area by improving the roadways. They need to fix all the drainage issues!

Please delete Alternative Subdivision to protect rural areas and unwanted growth.

I agree with this petition. I'm glad BOCC denied CDD & hope they deny Jubilee planned development.

Stop building on our farm land. No concern about the wildlife habitat.

NO to the Jubilee project in our farm community! There isn't sufficient infrastructure now to carry the current population in Pace!! Developers keep making promises they don't keep.
