This county can not support the number if houses being built. The people who are ruining this country are already buying these up these and will own rhe county.

I moved here to get away from overcrowded living and too much traffic. Plus I wanted to breathe fresher air. Keep north Santa Rosa County rural.

Nothing less than sensible, thoughtful development. None of this multiple houses per acre.

Rural American is being phased out by these types of needless expansion. The money used for these projects would make a greater impact if it were used to revitalize existing infrastructure. Take what we already have and make it better instead of abandoning it. These needless subdivisions are killing the “American Dream” in the pursuit of more and more money, while hard working families suffer the ill founded consequences.

Stop letting this out of state so call builder, build this house with no yards, now you'll have this kids playing in the streets , you also are not improving our roads which sucks, it takes 25 min. to travel 7 miles , where is all of the tax money going?????

This is wrong on so many levels. The county is pushing all responsibilities on home owners such as road maintenance, drainage and upkeep. What are they doing with all the taxes they collect??

Planning and zoning, step up to the plate and keep our rural areas protected from too many housing developments. Protect our farmland! We'll be watching....

Protect our farms!! Santa Rosa County is already overpopulated. It is clearly displayed and overcrowded traffic on the highways, mini fatal and non-fatal accidents due to overpopulation. Our farm lands Do not need to be taken over by residential. We take pride in our farms and the ability to produce what American citizens need. Residential zoning would eliminate the possibility to be fruitful on our farmland. Please prevent residential zoning around and near the farms.

I m very concerned that our country country is disappearing farmland being sold for housing. Faron’s are so very important to produce food Our trees produce oxygen to breath clean air. Money does not produce clean air and is not eatable. Reese this bill and make it more difficult to build subdivision The schools and the roads are already overcrowd. We do not want the country living to turn into city life.
