I moved to SRC years ago and live in an old house, I moved here specifically to live a rural life and not be surrounded by shopping centers and housing developments. I saw my hometown be destroyed by over development and want to stop it from destroying SRC. All so some elected officials can line their pockets without a thought for the citizens and voters of SRC!

Against the Alternate Subdivision. Developers should be required to meet all the same requirements that residents do. Rezoning requests should occur for any changes wanted for the land.

Stop destroying our rural community. REPEAL the "alternative" policy you passed allowing developers to build subdivisions that have the house roofs literally touching each other.

It is absolutely ridiculous near Wallace Lake Rd. 2 lane rd, but a new school and subdivisions make it almost impossible for me to even get it the flow of traffic off my street.

I, and my brother, own a farm south of Jay. Our parents bought this land 75 years ago, and we live in constant fear of what will happen to farmland around us if farmers who struggle (more now thanks to this administration's fiscal disasters) to make a living. We support your efforts!
