Zoning protects those who have purchased property in a specific zone. THEIR "investment" should be protected from those who want to change it to make money regardless of how it affects those who have already "invested".

They are trying to use a loop hole to build. The one house per acre rule is there for a reason. Keep it in place!

I have a Holt address but I live in Santa Rosa county out hwy 90. We are 1 mile west if the Okaloosa / Santa Rosa County line.

Absolutely no to this subdivision one home per acre is already too much considering this was agriculture zoned, which was to be restricted to 5 acre homesites. One has to wonder if there are special interests going on .. and how many commissioners deal in real estate or have close connections in that business that would benefit them and thereby sway there vote in favor this development ...

I’m 100% against The Jubilee project. There’s already to much traffic out here amongst our farm land. Why do you think that those of you that verbally told us that you were totally against Jubilee got voted in? Keep your word and do the right thing!

These days, farmland is sacred; there are far too few open pastures and growing fields left. Our peaceful, quiet, respectful way of life out in the country is systematically being destroyed with ugly, stacked-on-top-of-their-neighbor cookie-cutter subdivisions, with developers building out wetlands and marshes to hold their shoddily built houses. Down with greedy developers who care not about our environment or the residents within!

I moved here to get away from the crowded suburbia. A subdivision like this would completely destroy our rural community, lifestyle, and the habitat that currently exists here.

We moved to this area for the farms and lifestyle. We have abundant wildlife that will be effected. Some, such as fox squirrels, bears, and deer

No more overbuilding. No more homes that flood due to builders not being required to put in proper drainage. Commissioners and engineering as well as land development code departments need to fix these problems.
