I object to the revised application by the Landowner/ Developer to seek permission to move the Nature Reserve which should have been created with the original Martingales housing development to a Flood Plain. The Landowner has been in breach of the conditions and which the Planning Authority has failed to enforce. This has allowed the Landowner to keep revising his application. Wildlife cannot be sustained on a field which is a flood plain and which floods more frequently due to climate change.

It would be nice to keep the land for nature and without any buildings.

Having owned a house in the village for nearly 30 years, we don’t want to see more houses built & wildlife disappearing. It’s a village not a town which is what it will become if anymore houses are built!

Please do not let this go ahead. The flooding in this area will only become worse and this lovely rural area will be ruined by this scale of construction let alone infrastructure that was not built to support this. The people who live here DO NOT want this and it’s not right

Wildlife needs to be protected, it, and its habitat cannot be replaced. The developers and land owner need to be held accountable for their actions

Protecting our wildlife is more than looking after animals. It's protecting our entire environment. If we can't protect whats on our doorstep, how can we protect the wider world?

Ridiculous that they can ignore previous obligations and expect to get agreement.

This creation of a nature reserve is unfortunately to offset the creation of yet more housing estates as a cheap method by housing developers

I strongly object to said planning application to build more £million houses by way of change of use shifting a biodiversity net gain 'Nature Reserve' that the said developers were obliged to create ten years ago.
Please will the Planning Board reject this application and revive the Breach of Condition Notice Order to force the developers to (finally) create that Nature Reserve as should have been for the benefit of wildlife and also for the enjoyment of existing and future occupants of this lovely little village. I also thank you on behalf of our deers, foxes, hedgehogs, birds, bees, butterflies et al.

This was resolved two years ago.
We do not want the land swapped to appease a developer.
Our village house building has already surpassed our ten year plan
This needs to be stopped immediately.
We need to keep our wildlife
