We must pay more attention to where and how much we are building here. And also first create the infrastructure to handle the additional traffic before building more. Let’s not totally destroy our home. This type of structure does not belong in the historic district of a small town. There is more land outside of town better suited for this

I didn’t buy a home downtown to be surrounded by office buildings. If I wanted that I would have bought a home on route 1 in Rehoboth. I’m here because of the quaint, quiet, old school feeling and aesthetic of downtown. The charm of the historic buildings that local businesses reside in is on par with our beautiful town. This proposed monstrosity is the antithesis of what Milton is.

While this lot is unused, rezoning it for a high traffic and unfitting use such as this is inconsistent with the location, much better off more towards 16 or 9, out of the historic district, and is against the town’s growth plan. Milton’s narrow streets; Mulberry and Union, which cannot be widened, would not take the increase of traffic well and pose great risk and danger to residents, pedestrians and potentially even students of the school across the street. I believe it’s sensible to acknowledge that the vast majority of residents oppose this development.

We moved here 11 years ago and loved Milton for its small town charm and history. This project does not align with that.

These kinds of spot rezoning are not in the long term interest of the town. I'm not against a medical facility or even a medical center in Milton, just not a rezone of a prime residential area. There is plenty of possibilities, both on RT 5 and Rt 16 for a great medical center.

Adding business to Milton is good, just not in this area. Out on Rt. #16 would be a better location.

I am not against the concept or the building, I am opposed to the location. I feel somewhere out on Rt 16 would be a better place for this building. Our town plan for future growth recommended this kind of building out on the Rt 16 corridor.

Keep large commercial development on Rt. 16 not in the residential Historic District.

Good idea, but not in-town. The idea that milton residents )many retirees), could walk or bike to an in town medical facility is silly. Also, way too close to a school.

Spot zoning at its worst - this action benefits a single entity while stomping on the rights of many. Drastically increases danger to school children within the Mulberry Street corridor.

You know your building isn’t suited for our quaint town and too much traffic on our little roads will become problematic . Does the madness ever stop? Go elsewhere where you’re wanted.

Great idea, wrong location.
1. Not consistent with the town's existing comprehensive plan.
2. No dire need for this zoning change. Lots of land elsewhere.
3. Not consistent with surrounding uses.
4. Major impact to towns infrastructure. roads, traffic....
5. Not in keeping with the small town feel and charm associated with the town of Milton.

We don’t want this right in town. No thank you! Go build it in the outskirts of Milton

PLEASE DO NOT BUILD. The roads could not hold it. It would make that area too busy. Go out on Rt. 16. See if Sherman will sell you property across from "The Backyard ". Easier to access somewhere on Rt. 16.
Across from HOB is too residential
