Residents of Berkeley County, WV are seeking common sense limitations on weapons training facility Shadow Hawk Defense. Simply stated:
-Limit on Hours of Operation (M-F, 9-5)
-No Anti-Material Caliber (.50 caliber) Firing
-No Fully Automatic Machine Gun Firing
-No Aircraft Operations of any type .

I think Robbie Babbitt's comments are spot on. This level of noise will bring a high level of disruption to Back Creek Valley.
This activity has a detrimental effect on our property values and our enjoyment of a peaceful setting where we live.

Operating a tactical military training facility in the midst of a residential/rural community is preposterous! Not only do operations pose a very real threat to safety and quiet enjoyment of one's home or farm, it dramatically diminishes the value of property surrounding the ordinance range.
I think Robbie Babbitt's comments are spot on. This level of noise will bring a high level of disruption to Back Creek Valley.
