It is understood that the Use of Tannerite/ Binary Target Markers cannot be prohibited by the Town Board. We are attempting by this petition to get an ordinance (for ex.)to limit their use not within 1,000yds of an occupied building or corralled/boarded livestock. This petition is the fist step in initiating action. It will be very important to be involved in this process & to get your neighbors involved to participate fully to resolution. Thank-You for your support.
