I was reading through the replies today and the sheer volume of personal stories people are feeling brave enough to leave here has me genuinely reeling. It is honestly strange how this started as a quiet legal observation and has turned into this massive thread of people just wanting basic safety. I am still trying to process all the messages landing in my inbox but please know that the legal team is definitely paying attention to how many of you are speaking up.

I really never imagined things would gain this much steam so fast because honestly it felt like a niche issue at first but here we are. It is just incredible to see this kind of momentum building for safety and fairness since so many of you are finally saying the exact same thing out loud.

Laws should protect workers not hurt them. totally agree with the court on this one.
LONG OVERDUE. The current rules are so dangerous for everyone involved. Hope they do this for the whole country soon it is about time.

Finally some common sense. Working in the shadows is exactly what makes these women targets. Keep people safe by making things legal and regulated.
