I am a Savannah High School and I do believe in change, but changing the name of the school does not change the environment/population. Let's work on what is going on in their homes and community.

To whom it may concern there's a lot of history and tradition, and not to mention the only high-school that bears the name of the city in which it's name after. I welcome change, but I don't welcome erasing a history that has graduated some of the best professionals throughout these United States, and kept so many in touch with one another! Please think about your decision to change such a Historic High School.

What a disgrace to all Savannah High alumnus to change the name of the school; for the ones who've attended the Washington Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue location. What's the purpose? Why fix something that isn't broken?

I'm all in for an academic change!! I'm afraid if the name is change then the mascot and school colors might change next. If there's no other way, change the name to: Savannah High School
East Career Center

I am proud to have graduated from Savannah High. My father before me graduated from Savannah High. I have so many fond memories of my time within those walls. Please don't let the name become a memory as well. Keep Savannah High School's name.
