Tenants at Gateway Malden are charged 156 dollars a month for parking passes. It costs visitors another 21 dollars in order to visit any tenant in Gateway. The only solution they gave the tenants was to buy another parking pass at 156 dollars a month. Making a total of 312 dollars a month for parking if you want people to visit. Tenants should have visitor privileges or at least get a number of visitor passes per month. Something a little more reasonable. This petition is to let ProPark and also the Gateway know that the tenants aren’t happy and something needs to be done. J Malden across the street offers visitor privileges as does almost every other apartment community I contacted in the area. The garage is nearly empty almost always. So space isn’t an issue. Please sign the petition to let them know the visitor policy is out of date.

This is not fair to us residents that we must pay $156/month without any guest privileges. Every community within the area or far has parking accommodations for their tenants guests. Also, handicap holders should have a reduced monthly rate. It makes sense to update your policy to keep and grow your customer base. I believe it would be a good marketing strategy on your end.
Pro park rates are too high for not providing a visitor pass.
Parking fee for residents at Gateway @ Malden Center is too expensive.
