Your honor, please have mercy on this good man. His 18 year old son needs him. Incarceration accomplishes nothing and Robert has already been punished with enormous legal fees, 3 years of torment, and the loss of his business.

Please imagine if your brother, cousin, father, etc. was wrongfully imprisoned after having so much proof presented that he was and still is an innocent man, that has been basically framed and lied about by a manipulative, twisted family member. Please imagine how you would feel if that happened to your family. This is an innocent man who loves his family, being punished for something he never did. It's sick.

Honorable Judge McBurney, I’ve known Robert for 40+ years. He’s always been respected as a hardworking family man. I know you see a lot of the worst in people as they come before your bench. I pray that you take a moment to see the good in Robert before his sentencing. Please show mercy and compassion for Robert.

With great humility, I, Phillip Di Pietro, along with my brothers, sisters, extended family and friends everywhere we humbly ask, on behalf of our Beloved brother Robert, we ask for leniency & a probated sentence - for this beautiful soul & human being. A well-respected & well-loved resident of both East Cobb & Roswell since 1966, graduate of Sprayberry H.S. and Kennesaw State University - a man of great character, honesty and discipline, a deeply loved father and dedicated family man. In gratitude, may God bless you for your merciful decision.
