I've known Rob for many years and think he is a person of high character who deserves every possible benefit of the doubt. I continue to trust him and hope he will be given the lightest possible sentence.

Honorable Judge McBurney, I’ve known Robert for 40+ years. He’s always been respected as a hardworking family man. I know you see a lot of the worst in people as they come before your bench. I have known Robert and have appreciated his friendship for over 40 years. I have observed his good character and have been grateful for his kindness and support over the years. I am praying that you will see fit to grant him mercy.
