I'm reaching out with a profound sense of gratitude and love for your love and support you offered on behalf our dear and beloved Robert by signing this petition last March, we thank you with all of our hearts! Kindly, today, please email me directly at [email protected] so I can update you with the most recent news. I will forward you the latest informative email I wrote to update you on Robert's: his health & well being, his mailing address, how to receive a call from him and his visitation location and info. I will also bring you up to date on both his appeal/retrial process and our upcoming work to secure his early parole. We look forward to hearing from you directly, with tremendous gratitude and love ~ Phillip and the entire Di Pietro Family

I've known Rob for many years and think he is a person of high character who deserves every possible benefit of the doubt. I continue to trust him and hope he will be given the lightest possible sentence.

Honorable Judge McBurney, I’ve known Robert for 40+ years. He’s always been respected as a hardworking family man. I know you see a lot of the worst in people as they come before your bench. I pray that you take a moment to see the good in Robert before his sentencing. Please show mercy and compassion for Robert.

With great humility, I, Phillip Di Pietro, along with my brothers, sisters, extended family and friends everywhere we humbly ask, on behalf of our Beloved brother Robert, we ask for leniency & a probated sentence - for this beautiful soul & human being. A well-respected & well-loved resident of both East Cobb & Roswell since 1966, graduate of Sprayberry H.S. and Kennesaw State University - a man of great character, honesty and discipline, a deeply loved father and dedicated family man. In gratitude, may God bless you for your merciful decision.
