Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.
To the ISI School Board,
We, the stakeholders in the Islamic School of Irving, hereby petition the School Board of the Islamic School of Irving to respectfully and honorably give Sister Sadia Haq her rightful title of Principal, as she was initially promised in her hiring contract, for the new school year 2019-2020.
Furthermore, we demand that additional positions be filled before the new school year begins such as academic counsellors and assistant principals.
This concern is not specific to Sr Sadia only, but a response to the constant and unnecessary leadership and administration changes brought on by the School Board.
This petition needs to be taken into serious consideration by the current School Board. The undersigned stakeholders are requiring swift action.

I HAVE BEEN IN CONSTANT MEETINGS TO ENSURE OUR DEMANDS FOR SISTER SADIA HAQ REACH THE RIGHT EARS!! THE LEADERSHIP INSTABILITY AT OUR SCHOOL MUST STOP NOW AND WE ARE PUSHING HARD FOR THE TRANSPARENCY WE ALL DESERVE!!

Sr.Sadia works hard to make students feel good about this school. I was surprised seeing the TV’s and iPads in the classes. There has never been a year when we got this many resources. I think Sr.Sadia has every right to remain principal. There is no reason to remove her.
Sr. Sadia has been working hard to make our school better. Sr. Sadia has made this school year different than every other year that I have witnessed in this school. I was surprised when we got new desks, TVs, experienced Pep ralliea etc. She has worked hard to make this school year distinguished than every year from the past and she should remain principle.
Sr. Sadia deserves this and it’s ridiculous that board members don’t see all that she has done for ISI.
I find it sad that we even have to petition for this. Besides being a great principal, I found her to be a great role model.
Sr.Sadia really did a lot for us this year, and honestly throughout all my years at ISI I truely felt that this year was the year that ISI really blossomed and started feeling like a real school and that was all because of Sr.Sadia who started implementing amazing changes.
Sr. Sadia has done a great job this year and ISI needs her to continue leading the school.
Why is this petition even happening. The board has no clue what they are doing. Fire the Board. Hire Sr. Sadia.

It’s complete foolishness that this board keeps doing the same things over and over. They need to check their priorities. Sr. Sadia should be Principal and a new shurah and board should be brought in.
