We, the undersigned, wish to express our strong support for retaining Mrs. Rana Al-Baghdadi as the Principal of Al-Ameen College. Under Mrs. Al-Baghdadi's leadership, our College has thrived in numerous ways:
1. Academic Excellence: Mrs. Al-Baghdadi has fostered an environment of high academic standards, encouraging both students and staff to strive for excellence.
2. Community Spirit: Her efforts to build a strong, inclusive, and nurturing school community have been evident in the positive relationships formed between staff, students, and parents.
3. Innovative Leadership: She has implemented forward-thinking initiatives, focusing on modernising teaching methods, student engagement, and supporting the holistic development of our learners.
4. Support for our Staff: Mrs. Al-Baghdadi's open-door policy and consistent support for her staff have helped to create a collaborative and harmonious working environment, where every staff member feels valued.
Given her outstanding contributions and dedication to the success of Al-Ameen College, we believe it is in the best interest of the College community that she continues in the role as Principal. We respectfully request that the school board and decision-makers consider our collective voice in support of Rana Al-Baghdadi.
Our school community has seen many leadership changes over the past few years and stress to the decision-makers that changes in leadership are very destabilising and create uncertainty for the future of the school. As parents of children attending Al-Ameen College, we insist that Mrs. Al-Baghdadi is the ideal Principal for the Al-Ameen College Community.

She is amazing and emerging as a principle, and all my kids always have positive vibes and enjoy the school. Mrs Rana always participated and support while the students has competition after school. I am happy to know her . She a good role model as leader.
I believe Ms Rana manages the school well enough. I am as a parent happy with all her efforts she puts into the school. I'm supporting Ms Rana to stay as the school principal.
I don’t think there is a person that fits that position in the school at the moment. Decisions like this that impact every individual in the school should be made in collaboration with parents and students.
Rana has made alot of positive changes in developing holistic programmes and my son has personally benefitted from them. She should continue serving the school and the Muslim community.
Sister Rana is a huge asset and the heart of Al Ameen College. The students adore her as she is approachable and understanding. We don’t want to loose her. The school has grown so much since she became principal and the students are so happy.
So tell us, because you can’t shush us here!!! Do you have any conscience??? TYPICAL! You are removing an amazing principal, who the community loves and supports, who they admire and look up to! She cares about her staff and students, and goes above and beyond for them all! God doesn’t bless those that oppress and tell adults to shush like we are children in a classroom! God may not give your punishment today or tomorrow, but on the Day of Judgement! Did you really think of the consequences of all your actions?!?!? Of course not, blind, deaf and dumb!!!!!!! Have fun, because when you have no parents wanting their children to go to a cursed school, which is being built when??? You will have empty classrooms, and no students means no teachers. Which means no funding or money to line your pockets!!!!! Thank you truly, we got to see your real colours. We got to see how low and disgusting people like you truly are.
Please keep sister Rana! She has made Al Ameen grow!

Contracts of 2 years for Principal is not practical. Why don't regulate it at 5 years renewable as the common practice? 2 years is too short to make progress. The new person will not continue his predecessor's goals, so what is the point of a principal then?
