The website of Prime Time Early Learning Centers states they "offer an environment that is safe and loving, and a staff that is well trained, highly motivated and dedicated to each child's well being."

How is this possible when the director is moving teachers around the school despite their preferences, shocking the children and their parents, and leaving everyone (teachers, parents and children) feeling uneasy?

How is this possible when the teachers are leaving the school at a shocking rate, while others simply remain unhappy while looking for other work.

How is this possible when there have been countless offenses to the child to teacher ratio laws of the state of New Jersey?

Unsafe teaching ratios, unhappy employees, children out of their routine, and parents whose hearts cry when their children cry does NOT equal a safe and loving environment to which the school purports.
