I MUST SAY I LOOKED AT THIS OUT OF CURIOSOTY AS I HAVE NO ISSUES AT MY DAUGHTERS SCHOOL AND AS A LOCAL BUSINESS OWNER AS DISGUSTED THAT THIS EXISTS. GOD HELP US ALL! IF EVERY DISGRUNTLED STAFF MEMBER STARTED RIDICULOUSNESS LIKE THIS THE FREE MARKET WOULD CEASE TO EXIST AND WE WOULDNT NEED CHILD CARE. I REALIZE COMMENTING MARKS ME AS "SIGNED" I DO NOT SUPPORT THIS AT ALL AND AGREE WITH THE OTHER COMMENTS THAT THIS IS A WITCHHUNT AND DISGUSTING TO DO TO SOMEONE. EMPLOYEES MAKE THEIR OWN DECISIONS AND JUDGING BY THIS I WOULD SERIOUSLY QUESTION THOSE DECISIONS.

Seriously? This seems like a witch hunt by a few parents with some personal axe to grind. I've met and like Ms. Diana. I've seen she can sometimes be tough on the staff at times but I think its only because she wants the best for the children. What employee really likes their boss, right? Prime Time has been really good for our son and I think Ms. Diana is one reason they have such high standards.

I believe this is deplorable. First and foremost I would like to know how I am even associated with this when I am no longer at the school. I never had issue and left shortly after the renovations. I have seen nothing but positivity from the management and besides why are we to involve ourselves with staff and management issues? I was happy and my child was happy and safe. I support the management there and think this is a shame.

I must say that I had a very different experience than most of what I've read. My daughter loved Primetime. She loved her teachers. They always had a smile on their faces. She was really happy every single day. I also want to point out some great changes in the school - starting with the enrichment. I think that the new enrichment program is amazing - my daughter loved all of it! To have a special activity each day is terrific. In addition, shortly after Diana started, we received weekly lesson plans which were so helpful to us when talking to our daughter about her day. I really feel that she learned a lot and had great interactions with the staff and other kids.
I doubt that I am the only person who feels this way.
One other thing - Diana organized a logistical miracle when the school underwent renovations. She figured out how to get coverage at the other school locations - and get the kids there safely.

It's not so much the changes and turnover in staff, I'll leave that to professional judgement. For me it's more of the lack of communication as to why there has been turnover and why employees are clearly unhappy. It's the constant feeling that one is not getting a full story or even getting a purposely made up story when one has a question - about staff, schedules, fees, etc...
Management to Parent communication needs to be clearer and parent issues need to be addressed with at least a vail of concern.

Thank you to all the former employees and parents for sharing your comments. As I have always made myself available, I must say I am surprised, and shocked at the parent responses on here. In regards to staff, I have struggled to meet those expectations of employees that worked under the previous Director. Upon taking the position I found a few of the staff unqualified, insubordinate, and a lack of strong leadership and rules. I spent much of my time observing the staff and I believe I have been very lenient as a director in what I have viewed and the actions that I took. It is unfortunate that a few of the senior staff have instilled ideas of negativity on our new teachers, based on how "things used to be." Furthermore, I understand the personal relationships formed by those families and staff, and urge parents to consider the main objectives of the school; providing a safe, nurturing, educational environment, and keep our children happy and healthy. I urge parents to refrain from entering into "staff gossip." I understand it is difficult when you care for certain staff members but I would hope the parents would have trust in the decisions the management makes to be in the best interest of the child, family and school. I came into a school of disorganization, mis-management and an environment I felt did not meet the standards of an exemplary school. I have dedicated myself whole hearteningly to Prime Time School sacrificing so much of my personal life and time. My main objective has and will continue to be to improve whichever aspect of early childhood education that my 20+ years experience brings me to. I am sorry that there is such an intense mistrust for me in that everything I have done to improve the center has seemed to be altered to have a negative ulterior motive. I never tried "concealing or hiding" anything, as I am being accused of. I am transparent in my intentions and kept in communication with parents as I became aware of them. I only came with bes

I have to add another very disturbing encounter. I entered around nap time for a tour. I was directed to the director and upon her greeting, I could feel the heartlessness she endured. I believe her only goal was to have a child enrolled and not the well being and comfort of an interested parent. This is the second time I walked into the center and felt like I was wearing $$ on my shirt. I was referred to the center by a pass client and was told to speak to Nicole .. I should've just walked out once I got the vibe. I proceeded to walk around with her and felt rushed .. Some questions I had weren't even answered .. I should've asked for credentials !! This place was a gem ... Now all I hear are sad stories ... Most of the time they blame the workers but if you have great management, the workers follow suit ... If they're not happy, why are they working with children ? This isn't just a pay check, the director has to understand it doesn't matter how many children you enroll , it matters how many stay ! Quality over quantity is by far the least of her priorities .. I should say my daughter and I are having the best experience ever at waterfront Montessori .. They don't treat you like family !

She is heartless and doesn't care at all about her employees I've seen first hand how she treats them with that jollier than thou attitude, Teachers really seem unhappy when they use to be cheerful and full of energy.

I would like to say something about Primetime. My daughter used to work for Primetime and never been unhappy when Nicole Olsen been the Director there. Ever since Diana came to Primetime my daughter Taeaise has been unhappy and she seem like she was forced to resign because things was unorganized and very chaotic. One thing about her was that she thought she would be with the company for a long time because she lovex the kids, the families and her co workers. She always think about going back but not with tge Director and other management thats there now. Something needs to be done immediately.

I agree that Primetime is not what is used to be. I was a Teacher/Teacher Assistant since they opened in 2008. I left because I felt like the new director along with the other management team was being unfair to all the staff and there was somethings that I didnt agree with. I did not wanted to leave Primetime but I couldnt stay there knowing that I would be happy. I would love to go back if they change their management team.

As a parent, I am not aware of the situations mentioned in most of the negative comments targeted against Ms. Diana. My son is in Kitties I class and I have not experienced any of the problems mentioned here. While we interact with the teachers, more than the management, on a daily basis I would still say that we have not had a bad moment with Ms. Diana. And in a few instances, such as the time of building renovation, where we got to interact with her directly, she did come in early and made sure that the kids got transported to the Edgewater location safe.
