To date, we've had very little and or no say in how our community is transformed. As such, we should continue the effort to build community census in determining what and how we want to preserve our history, family values, and our identity. The recent developments in the highway expansion, growing businesses, and new housing are all indicators that our community is transforming at a rapid pace. However, we can and should have a, "say-so" on how the few remaining residents on Clements Ferry Road live. Meaning, we want to preserve the residential properties off of Clements Ferry Road while continuing to promote the enhancement of the infrastructure and businesses. We do not support changing the current zoning laws from residential to the likes of neighborhood commercial nor commercial.
