Built in 1861 by William Montgomery and Cynthia Cook; the stone and lumber was brought onto the sight by wagon for construction. At this time, the property and house is for sale and is advertised as undeveloped / commercial property. William M. Cook was a true pioneer of his time and helped shape the great County of Lampasas, TX.
