Preservation of Wildlife. Sustainable Future of Greenbelts, Clean Air & Water Conservation. Beauty & Charm of Chadwick Farms, 17 Lakes, Bluffview
Please join the fight to protect Chadwick Farms, 17 Lakes, and Bluffview and its beauty and charm from the destructive construction going on between Lindsey Rd and Cleaveland Gibbs. Our community believes that such a development would harm the quality of life in the area. The current plan is to build a parking lot / gravel road for the purpose of semi-truck parking increasing more industrial building and lowering Home Values as well as increasing the semi truck traffic in the area. How does this affect or impact the community? Tearing down the Natural Beauty of the trees and wildlife that give our community its beauty, charm and its serene peace we all enjoy, Air Quality pollutants/Smog from trucks idling within close vicinity to our home environments and our interest in protecting the air we breath for our health and the health of our families. Greenbelt Preservation and Clean Drinking Water gas and oil runoff from parking lots within close proximity to Elizabeth Creek and the Greenbelts. This runoff can feed directly into Elizabeth Creek and flow into grapevine lake directly affecting clean water. Noise Pollution of trucks entering / exiting, sound of braking at all hours day and night impacting our quality of sleep for our families, Safety of the community with unknown and unmonitored visitors from truck traffic being on unincorporated land. Social Responsibility

The feedback from our neighbors reveals a deep concern for the future of our local landscape and the health of our children. I am currently gathering technical documentation regarding the runoff risks to Elizabeth Creek so that we can present a more formal critique to the planning board. Your persistence in highlighting these environmental threats makes it impossible for the developers to ignore the long-term impact on our community.

Seeing this momentum grow has been a profound reminder that our neighbors truly value the quiet character of our local lands. It is heartening to realize how many people share a commitment to protecting the trees and waterways that define our home.

Had ashes on our cars that were parked in the driveway over the weekend. My daughter has asthma and is now having issues eventhough we didn’t spend much time outdoors. Families live and play here. Please stop the craziness.
My air filters have been running at full power showing a ZERO percent air quality.
I am extremely upset and concerned about this! I can’t believe a parking lot for semi-trucks is even being considered right next to a neighborhood!
As a resident of Chadwick Farms adjacent to the construction, I bought here because of the green belt and the quiet area. There is too much commercial traffic and noise as it is now, I definitely do not want any more commercial activity near the neighborhood, and I want to preserve the cleanliness of the waterway and the wildlife of the area. A commercial parking lot for semi-trucks has no business being that close to a residential area or a green belt.
There are so many animals being pushed out of the trees by this development and they are now in our yards already; bobcats, hogs, coyotes. The trees already cut and the streams affected are a huge detriment to our community both in beauty and home values.
This cannot happen!

Litsey used to have "no trucks" signs on it, they removed them when they finished the road and now we have proposals like this? Fort Worth needs to take care of residents, not just the trucking and warehouse owners.
