This is a petition for Premier Fitness employees located at 3100 Dixie Rd that have not been remunerated for their earned wages and vacation pay for the period between Dec 1st, 2011 to Feb 29, 2012. Employees signing this petition will refuse to work until they are remunerated 100% of their missed earnings for this period by Premier Fitness or Physiomed Fitness.

Ridiculous that people have to fight just to get their own money. Working for nothing for 3 months is insane. Hope you guys get paid soon.
