In my country, high parity women have high unmet needs for family planning. I am therefore committing myself to ensuring that postpartum women have access to high quality PPFP services
Contraception saves lives. Therefore, I commit to finding and using every opportunity to advance the agenda of increasing access to postpartum contraception for the vulnerable women in my country Nigeria.
For my Country, I'll join the PPFP working group of which gaol is to make PPFP as popular (as standard, as routine) as ANC, PNC and Immunization.
Alay Foundation is committed to providing postpartum family planning to women and their families in San Jose City, the Philippines
I am proud to provide and manage technical inputs to government's PPFP program in India to strengthen capacity of providers and facilities to provide quality PPFP services to women. PPFP can be a game changer in FP program in India. More options for FP methods are needed for postpartum women in the country.
I am re-affirming my commitment to supporting and promoting postpartum family planning to reach women with adequate information to empower women make informed and right-based choice.
Every household needs to be visited twice a year by a family planing field worker and every birth attended trained to provide an injectable, IUD, MVA, MIS, EC , patch and referral to for permanent contraception.

One basic reproductive right is that pregnant women possibly with a completed family after the coming delivery, are asked during the antenatal period: "Suppose you need a caesarean would you like a sterilisation then?" If yes further counselling and documentation follows. The antenatal papers should have a pre-printed space for this.
