Its about time we stop holding half the population back. equal chances for everyone is just common sense at this point.

I, the undersigned believe that there is a greater good that can be achieved when there is an acceptance of each gender as active member of society able to meet the target. Forget the gender and assess the productiveness. #Ipledgeforparity
