I, a resident of the Metro Washington area, demand that the District of Columbia fund housing for all people living with HIV and AIDS who need a home in the District.

Why are HIV-negative people benefiting off HIV-positive individuals There is so many agency stuffing their pockets, and you find very little assistance for housing. With all the money from Ryan White, HOPWA, and all the other funding, housing should not be an issue. We need to stand up, and demand justice. They made HIV a business.
