We the PHDPA believe that 18 Barrett St Port Hope is the perfect location for an “Off Leash Dog Park” and that it will draw tourism to the downtown and beautify the Ganaraska river edge. If you agree we need your signature on this petition.  We need everyone to show our elected officials that the time has come for US to have an off leash dog park! This petition will be presented to the Municipality of Port Hope Town counsel.
