Hi, I was a resident in 3B from June to December 2021. Due to the noise from the fan, I was not able to use or enjoy the lanai for my entire stay here. Furthermore, the noise is incessant and has disturbed my sense of peace, making it difficult to focus or relax in my room.
Please resolve this swiftly and smoothly.
