The fan noise on the 'B' side of the building is excessively loud and disturbing. The noise measurements range from 60-75 DBA from the 'B' side lanais. This noise is on for 12 hours/day and 7 days/week. It can be heard inside the living rooms and bedrooms. According to the CDC and government sites, constant and prolonged noise in this range will lead to health issues.
