We the citizens of West Point hereby state the following: We are encouraging city officials and the chief of police to remove Officer Carlos A. Bellavista due to his excessive form of alleged verbal, physical abuse and extreme unprofessional behavior. His conduct has been observed to an extent that we as citizens fully believe that he should be ousted and/or removed from office.
